Mooresville, NC—1/21/16 – Affordable Suites announced the groundbreaking of the 49-room Affordable Suites of America in Mooresville NC. The property is located at 110 Executive Center Place Mooresville NC 28117. The property will be operated by Affordable Suites of America. Construction is expected to be completed by August.
Affordable Suites prototype boasts features designed for guests who need accommodations for an extended period of time, offering full kitchens, high speed internet access and separate living and sleeping accommodations. “We’re excited about the new hotel that will be unveiled at the new Mooresville location”, stated Chris Rutherford, Chief Operating Officer for Affordable Suites of America. Rutherford stated “Mooresville is a healthy market with a client base that is a great fit for our product. “Our guests enjoy the accommodations which are typically much larger than a typical hotel room or many other extended stay hotels, and typically pay less than they would at other facilities” Rutherford continued. The new hotel will offer 32” Flat Screen LCD televisions in both the living and sleeping areas as well as a redesigned living area. The facility will also provide an on site guest laundry and exercise facility. The Affordable Suites Mooresville NC represents the 21st location for the Affordable Suites brand.
